Where can i do the classes ?
At the moment, the classes are available in Sydney (Brookvale) and Melbourne, and will become available on the Gold Coast soon.
What is involved ?
The classes focus on speed, power, agility and sport specific fitness. Running technique and skill is crucial in all sports but it is generally not taught well.
The Indoor classes develop sport specific strength, speed, balance and injury prevention. We get good results by using good coaching and cutting edge performance technology. For many players, the indoor sessions will have a very positive affect on speed and agility because their core strength and movement mechanics (technique) improves.
And importantly, the classes are FUN.
The SPP(SpeedPowerPlay) sessions are run in a class format, while the SportStrength sessions are customised to each persons needs.

SpeedPowerPlay (SPP)
These sessions develops speed, agility and power for field sport athletes. Each session has a slightly different focus as indicated, but every session contains an element of all 3 components.
Sport Strength
These sessions are focussed on developing sport specific strength. The focus is on functional strength, core strength and functional flexibility. The content is tailored for individual sports and ability levels.
