Using the Kickbike trains the correct muscles and motor patters (skills) for fast running. Cross-training on a regular bike tightens up the hip flexors and does not use the gluteal muscles at all. It is the opposite with a kickbike.

Great for 5 to 15 years, but try and get a 48 year old off them.

For the parents!
The bike is designed for the easier pace and recreational use. But the benfits are very similar to the sports and junior model. Leave your car keys and head down to the shop, or head out for a fitness sesssion. Either way, you will be activating and mobilising your body and wont believe the benefits.
